JENN & Tim
The Honeysuckle Coffee Co. was founded by Tim and Jenn, Utah transplants from Charlotte, NC, on the belief that quality and hospitality should go hand in hand.
They take pride in offering the best in craft coffee, carefully partnering with local and rotating specialty roasters. Every drink they serve is made with care, whether it’s a healthy line of teas from Rishi or a perfectly pulled espresso.
Beyond coffee, Jenn and Tim bring their love of Southern comforts to the table—literally—by baking everything in house, from sourdough bread for avocado toast to biscuits on the weekends. Their inspiration comes from childhood memories of homemade treats and the honeysuckle flower, a little blossom that grew wild in their hometown.
Their goal is simple: to create neighborhood spaces that feel like home, where hospitality shines, and where guests leave with both a happy heart and a full belly.

Our Story
The Honeysuckle Coffee Co. began in the Salt Lake Valley in 2017, with a mission to bring depth of specialty coffee to the community and pair it with scratch-made baked goods and Southern charm.
Every aspect of their drinks and food is handled with care. From hormone-free, seasonal, and mostly organic ingredients to direct-trade and rainforest-alliance certified beans, quality and responsibility are at the core. The team is proud to partner with roasters like La Barba Coffee, who source exceptional coffee and support farmers across the globe.
Each Honeysuckle shop in Sandy and Salt Lake City is designed for comfort—cozy seating for groups or individuals, WiFi, biscuits on the weekends, and even a small book stack for kids. They’ve also added online ordering for a quick caffeine fix and catering for weddings, showers, and other special events.
Whether you stop in for a pastry, settle in with a latte, or host a celebration, Honeysuckle Coffee Co. is built to share the joy of good coffee, thoughtful food, and community connection.
