If you’re looking for a hauntingly delicious treat our pumpkin cream puff is sure to keep you coming back for more. Filled with a pumpkin custard cream and hazelnut creme patisserie in the center, it’s just spooky how good it is. 👻

Ever wonder how we make our pourover coffee? Well,

Ever wonder how we make our pourover coffee? Well, Lilly is here to tell you!

At Honeysuckle our pourovers are made hot to order in a V60 brewer and is a filter style method of brewing coffee. We tend to run smaller batch roasted single origin coffee options there whose flavors really stand out on their own without needing to add any milk or sugars to them. Pourovers are a great way to try different coffees and we always have two options to choose from at both our cafes.

As you can see we take our time meticulously weighing the water and coffee amounts in time to bring out the best flavors that coffee has to offer. We recommend trying it black and after letting it cool in your cup for 3-5 minutes before taking your first sip and pairing it with our avocado toast or sourdough bagel.

It’s the perfect amount of ginger and cloves with just enough organic raw sugar to contrast those delicious Indian flavors. Then is finished with silky smooth stretched milk and topped with cinnamon👌🏻
